Ingredients

  • 1 pack - ricotta cheese
  • 1 can - condensed milk
  • 2-3 tsp - Hershey's chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp - ghee

How to Make Chocolate Barfi

  • Mix the ricotta cheese and condensed milk in a fry pan. Heat on medium flame and stir frequently.
  • When the mixture starts to thicken, reduce the flame and keep stirring occasionally.
  • When its starts to form a lump, divide into two equal portions.
  • Spread one portion in a layer on a greased plate.
  • Keep the other portion in the fry pan and add Hershey's chocolate syrup. Heat on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • Spread the mixture on the layered mix in the plate.
  • On cooling, cut into small pieces.
  • Store in an air-tight container.
