  • 1/2 cup - Brown sugar
  • 20 gms - Butter
  • 1/4 cup - double Cream
  • 150 gms - plain chocolate
  • 12 - Bake tartlet cases
  • 2 tbsp - roasted chopped hazelnuts
  • How to Make Chocolate Butterscotch Tartlets:

    1. Combine sugar, butter and cream in a saucepan. Bring to boil, cook for 2 minutes.
    2. Add the chopped chocolate to the cream and stir until it melts, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
    3. Spoon into the Bake tartlets, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
