  • Marie Biscuit - 2 packet
  • Custard powder - 4 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
  • Sugar - 30 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence - 4 drops
  • Nuts - finely chopped
  • Milk - 1 litre
  • How to Make Chocolate Marie Pudding:

    1. Boil the milk and add the sugar.
    2. Make a fine paste of custard powder with a little milk.
    3. Also, make chocolate paste by adding a little milk to cocoa powdert.
    4. Add the custard paste to the milk and stir well.
    5. Then add the chocolate paste and cook for two minutes.
    6. Remove from fire and add vanilla essence. Keep it to cool.
    7. Immerse some Marie biscuits in milk to make them soft.
    8. Arrange some in a bowl and add a layer of custard to cover the biscuit.
    9. You can make as much layers as you like.
    10. Decorate with nuts and keep in fridge.
    11. Do not keep in freezer.
    12. Keep the pudding overnight in fridge and serve the next day.
