  • 75g - plain chocolate
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 750 ml - milk
  • 1 tsp - mint essence
  • 8 scoops - vanilla or chocolate ice - cream

How to Make Chocolate Mint Fizz

  • Grate the chocolate into a pan and add sugar and 150 ml of milk.
  • Heat gently till the sugar and chocolate melts.
  • Remove from heat and add the rest of the milk and the mint essence.
  • Stir well and pour into a jug and chill in the fridge for about an hour or so.
  • Just before serving, pour into glasses and add 2 scoops of ice - cream into each glass.
