Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp - Icing sugar, sifted
  • 3 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp - Gelatine
  • 3 tbsp - Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 3 tbsp - Chopped nuts
  • 2 tbsp - Chocolate chips (optional)

How to Make Chocolate Mousse Topping

  • Mix the sugar, corn flour, gelatine, and cocoa together in a saucepan.
  • Slowly mix in the milk.
  • Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Let it cool.
  • Now beat well with a fork until fluffy.
  • Spread over the cake with a spatula and garnish with the chopped nuts.
  • Then add the chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate and serve cold.
