  • 6 - Rajapuri raw mangoes
  • 1/4 kg - Red Chilli powder
  • 2.5kg - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Cumin seeds
  • How to Make Chundo:

    1. Clean, peel, and grate the raw mangoes. Mix the pulp with the sugar (the ratio is 1 cup of mango to 1 cup of sugar).
    2. Once mixed, put it in a broad vessel, cover with a muslin cloth, and leave in the sun till the sugar has melted.
    3. Add red chilli powder to taste and stir in the cumin seeds.
    4. Fill in a pickle jar and store.
