Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of cilantro
  • 6-8 green chilies
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1.5 tbsp salt
  • Seasoning-
  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp - jeera
  • 1/2 tbsp - cumin
  • 4-5 curry leaves

How to Make Cilantro (Coriander) Chutney

  • Take a Frying pan add oil to it
  • Add chillies, tomatoes, and cilantro
  • Fry for 10-15 minutes in medium heat and grind them when its cool
  • Add salt and add the seasoning.
  • serve this with medu vada, dosai or plain rice.
