2 Cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2-tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp ground
1/4-Cup vegetable oil

How to Make Cinnamon Bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Measure flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, salt, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla into large mixing bowl.
Beat for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased pan and smoothen the top.
Sprinkle with topping. To Make Topping
Combine 2 tbsp white sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and butter, mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle topping over smoothed batter. Using knife, to give a marbled effect.
Bake in 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for about 50 minutes. Test with toothpick. When inserted it should come out clean.
Remove bread from pan to the surface & allow it to cool.
