  • 1 - Carrot
  • 8 - Badam
  • 8 - Kaju
  • 8 - Pista
  • 4 - Elaichi
  • 250 g - Sugar
  • 1 liter - Milk

How to Make Cocktail Kheer

  • Soak badam and pista in hot water for an hour.
  • Peel the carrot and grind it in the mixer.
  • Fry elaichi in little ghee and powder it.
  • Peel the badam and pista skin and grind it in the mixer with little milk.
  • Keep a non-stick clean pan in the gas and boil the milk for 15 to 20 minutes on a low flame. Add the pastes and stir it 10 to 15 minutes. Add sugar allow it to boil 10 more minutes.
  • Your kheer is ready. Serve it hot or cold.
