Ingredients

  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - dry Coconut powder
  • Sift together:
  • 2 tbsp - cocoa
  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 1 tbsp - baking powder
  • a pinch of salt

How to Make Cocoa - Egg Muffins

  • In a bowl, beat butter and sugar till creamy. Add egg and beat well.
  • Add the milk and sifted flour.
  • Add coconut powder and mix well.
  • Grease the muffin tins and sprinkle some flour.
  • Pour the mixture into the tins.
  • Bake in hot oven for 25 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
