Ingredients

  • 90 g - flour
  • 55 g - sugar
  • 50 g - butter
  • 25 g - desiccated coconut
  • 1.5 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 - egg
  • milk

How to Make Coconut Cakes

  • Sift flour and baking powder.
  • Cream the butter and sugar and add the beaten egg.
  • To the sieved ingredients, add desiccated coconut and fold into the creamed mixture. Use a little milk if necessary.
  • Fill in paper cups and bake at 200 degree C for 15-20 minutes.
