Ingredients

  • 90 g - flour
  • 55 g - Sugar
  • 50 g - Butter
  • 25 g - desiccated Coconut
  • 1.5 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 - Egg
  • Milk
  • How to Make Coconut Cakes:

    1. Sift flour and baking powder.
    2. Cream the butter and sugar and add the beaten egg.
    3. To the sieved ingredients, add desiccated coconut and fold into the creamed mixture. Use a little milk if necessary.
    4. Fill in paper cups and bake at 200 degree C for 15-20 minutes.
