Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - Bengal Gram
  • How to Make Coconut Chutney with Bengal Gram:

    1. Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
    2. Season with mustard seeds, curry leaves and a broken red chilli.
    3. Serve with dosa or idli.
