How to Make Coconut Dosai

  • Wash the raw rice, black gram dal and fenugreek seeds well together.
  • Then keep it in water for 1/2 hour. Then grind it with a little water.
  • Add coconut, green chillies, salt and grind it again.
  • After this, put the yeast in warm water and mix it well and add it to ground mix.
  • Leave aside to ferment the whole day.
  • Then cut all the vegetables into small pieces, cook in microwave for 2 minutes, add salt to taste.
  • Heat a tawa and spread 1 or 2 tsps of oil on it. Spread the batter evenly in a thick layer.
  • Then spread the vegetable mix on the dosai and cover with a lid for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Cook on medium-low heat. Serve with coriander leaves and cheese on the top.
