Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - sour Cream
  • 1 Egg - hard boiled, peeled
  • 2 tbsp - Coconut powder
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 sprig - spring onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Parsley
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • How to Make Coconut Egg Dip:

    1. In a bowl, mash the hard boiled egg yolk.
    2. Add pepper, salt, sugar, and sour cream to it. Mix it well by adding lemon juice slowly.
    3. Add coconut powder, spring onion and parsley and the chopped egg white.
    4. Chill for 1/2 hour and serve.
