Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice flour
  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 3/4 cup - Coconut powder
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 1 - large Egg
  • Sugar to taste
  • Water as required
  • How to Make Coconut Pancakes with egg:

    1. Make a batter of maida and rice flour by adding milk and required amount of water.
    2. Add sugar into it and beat in the egg.
    3. Now add coconut powder into it and make sure the consistency of the mixture is of dosa mix
    4. Make coconut pancakes
    5. Serve with pancake syrup or diluted jam.
