  • 1 cup - Coconut
  • 1 cup - pudina-chopped
  • 2 tsp - Channa dal
  • salt- to taste
  • little - Hing
  • To fry: 5 - Red Chilli
  • 2 tsp - Urad Dal
  • How to Make Coconut Pudina Chutney:

    1. Fry red chilli, urad dal, and channa dal. Let it cool.
    2. Grind coconut and pudina leaves and salt.
    3. Then add all the fried items and grind well.
