Ingredients

  • 1 cup - rava
  • 1 cup - coconut, grated
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1 cup - Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 15-20 - Raisin
  • 10-15 - cashew (optional)
  • 8-10 - almonds, sliced
  • 2 cups - warm Milk

How to Make Coconut rava sheera

  • In a bowl, mix the grated coconut and sugar and keep it aside.
  • In a non-stick kadai, pour the ghee and roast rawa on medium flame till golden brown.
  • Then, add the coconut sugar mixture to it and mix well.
  • Keep stirring continuously for 5 mins.
  • Then add the warm milk, cardamom powder, and all the nuts.
  • Mix them all well till they are almost dry.
  • Garnish with some cashews and almond slivers.
