Ingredients

  • 3 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup - sugar
  • 6 tsp - gelatine
  • 1 packet - KDD cream
  • 1 packet - whipped cream
  • 3 tsp - Nescafe

How to Make Coffee Pudding with whipped cream

  • Beat egg yolks until frothy.
  • Add both the creams to it.
  • Add Nescafe to 1/4 cup of hot water.
  • Soak gelatine in the coffee solution and add it to the cream mixture.
  • Beat egg white until stiff and add. Add sugar and top it with bristle nuts.
  • Chill and serve.
