Ingredients

  • 2 cup shredded red Lettuce
  • 2 cups chopped cooked meat, cold
  • 1 tbsp chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped Capsicum
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • For Dressing-
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

How to Make Cold Meat Salad

  • Mix all the ingredients of dressing except cottage cheese
  • Blend it well with electric blender
  • Add cottage cheese and mix it well with fork
  • Chill for 2 hours
  • Toss it with the salad ingredients
  • Chill for 3 to 5 minutes and serve
