  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup - strained yogurt
  • 1 tsp - mustard sauce
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp - chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp - chopped coriander
  • Red Chilli powder, to sprinkle
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make Cold Potato Salad

  • Parboil potatoes for 5 minutes by placing them in a pan of boiling water or microwaving them.
  • Drain and rinse with fresh water. Cut them into cubes.
  • Mix strained yogurt with rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add potatoes into it and mix everything well.
  • Refrigerate for around 1 hour to blend flavors nicely.
  • Serve chilled.
