Ingredients

  • 1 - veg pizza, thawed
  • 7 - green stuffed olives
  • 7 - black olives
  • 1 - small capsicum, slivered thinly
  • 6 slivers - yellow capsicum
  • 6 slivers - red capsicum
  • 1 tbsp - green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/4 tsp - chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp - readymade mustard paste
  • 1/2 tsp - white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp - butter
  • 1 tbsp - grated cheese
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Colourful Veg-Topped Spicy Pizza

  • Toss together: Cabbage, chaat masala, mustard, vinegar, salt. Keep aside for 5 mins to become tender.
  • Spread cabbage all over pizza.
  • Dot with sliced olives and capsicums.
  • Dot with a little butter.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese.
  • Grill in preheated oven till cheese melts and base becomes crisp.
  • Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce or ketchup
