  • 1 kg - Chicken (cut into 8 pieces)
  • Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp (powdered)
  • Dhania powder - 3 tbsps
  • Chilli powder - 4 tbsps (or according to your taste)
  • Pepper - 1 tbsp
  • Onions - 1/4 kg made into paste (small onions are preferable)
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder

How to Make Continental Fenugreek Chicken

  • Marinate the chicken with all the other ingredients and keep aside for 3 or 4 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry it.
  • When the chicken is half cooked, lower the flame. Cover and cook until done.
  • Serve with rice and dal.
