How to Make Cookies Delite

  • Mix butter and sugar till sugar dissolves.
  • To this blend all purpose flour, semolina, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Now add cashew nut powder and milk, knead to make soft dough.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Make small or big round balls, press with palm and place an almond in centre of each cookie.
  • Arrange on a greased baking tray with a gap between the cookies and bake at 150 degree for 20 min.
