Ingredients

  • 1 - cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 - radish, thinly sliced
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1/4 cup - boiled peas
  • 5 - Lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 5 - olives, chopped
  • 1 - tomato, sliced
  • For dressing:
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Celery
  • 1/2 cup - buttermilk
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste

How to Make Cool Salad

  • Mix all the salad ingredients except tomato and celery.
  • Toss it with the dressing.
  • Chill for half an hour.
  • Garnish with tomatoes and celery.
  • Ready to serve.
