  • 2 - fully developed raw mangoes (250 g approx)
  • 1 sprig - Mint leaves
  • 5 tbsp - ground Sugar
  • 600 ml - water
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 3 to 4 pinches - black salt
  • How to Make Cooler to the Core:

    1. Wash the mint leaves and keep aside. Wash, wipe and roast whole mangoes on a mesh over a gas, stove or coal burner.
    2. Skin of mangoes should get somewhat charred, and its insides, soft and pulpy.
    3. Cool a bit, carefully remove skin, mash pulp well.
    4. Discard stones, add water, mix and strain.
    5. Mix other ingredients and mixie for few seconds.
    6. Chill for at least 2-3 hours.
    7. Just before serving, put crushed or fruit ice cubes in tall glasses and pour.
