Ingredients

  • 250 g - Paneer
  • 1/2 cup - coked Corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup - onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - tomato, chopped
  • 250 g - flat papdis
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp - green chilies, minced
  • 1 tsp - ginger, minced
  • 2 tsp - chaat masala (or to taste)
  • Salt, Lime juice, Sugar - to taste

How to Make Corn and Paneer Chaat Papdi

  • Cut paneer into half-cm cubes.
  • Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  • Mix paneer with all the other ingredients, except the papdis.
  • Top papdis with corn and paneer mixture.
  • Serve immediately.
