Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 gm
  • cooked Corn kernels - 2 cup
  • Olive or soya oil - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 2 tsp, minced
  • curry powder - 2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup - ½ cup
  • mayonnaise - ½ cup
  • Lettuce - 2 bunch
  • salt to taste

How to Make Corn and Paneer Salad

  • Heat oil in a small fry pan.
  • Add garlic and fry till dark brown.
  • Add curry powder, fry for few seconds.
  • Add tomato ketchup and remove from fire.
  • After the mixture cools, stir in the mayonnaise.
  • Cut paneer into 1 cm cubes.
  • Shred the lettuce.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine paneer and corn kernels.
  • Add the prepared dressing.
  • Taste and correct the seasoning.
  • Toss in the lettuce and serve at once.
