  • 6 tbsp - besan flour
  • 1 cup - cooked corn
  • 3 tbsp - chopped spinach
  • 3 - green chillies, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • Oil - for frying

How to Make Corn and Spinach Fritters

  • Mix all the ingredients (except the oil) together with sufficient water to a smooth, slightly thick, batter.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan, scoop out a spoonful of the batter into it and fry till golden brown.
  • Drain on absorbent paper.
  • Repeat the process till all the batter is finished.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
