  • eggs - 2
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 2 tsp, minced
  • Spinach - 2 cups, shredded finely
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Chicken or vegetable stock - 4 cup
  • Monosodium Glutamate - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Corn and Spinach Soup:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic until pink
    2. Add the spinach and stir fry lightly
    3. Mix the corn flour with the stock and add to the spinach
    4. Boil on a high flame and then simmer for 2 min
    5. Now add the sweet corn, salt, pepper and MSG
    6. When the soup boils, reduce the heat to keep the soup simmering
    7. Beat the eggs lightly and add to the soup through a sieve to obtain thin strands
    8. Remove from heat immediately
    9. Serve hot.
