Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup - capsicum, cut
  • 3 tbsp - Dhania leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - Rice flour or as required
  • salt

How to Make Corn Cakes

  • Grind the corn and capsicum together without water.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and make into small tikkis.
  • Deep fry them and serve hot.
