Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup - capsicum, cut
  • 3 tbsp - Dhania leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - Rice flour or as required
  • salt
  • How to Make Corn Cakes:

    1. Grind the corn and capsicum together without water.
    2. Add the remaining ingredients and make into small tikkis.
    3. Deep fry them and serve hot.
