  • 200g - white corn
  • 100g - refined flour
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • 50 ml - milk
  • 100g - chopped capsicum
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 10g - mayonnaise

How to Make Corn capsicum fritters

  • Take milk in a bowl.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients to it, mix well.
  • Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying
  • Pour small quantities of ready mixture in oil with the help of a ladle.
  • Fry till it becomes golden brown.
  • Serve with mayonnaise.
