  • 200g - white Corn
  • 100g - Refined flour
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • 50 ml - Milk
  • 100g - chopped Capsicum
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 10g - mayonnaise
  • How to Make Corn capsicum fritters:

    1. Take milk in a bowl.
    2. Add all the remaining ingredients to it, mix well.
    3. Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying
    4. Pour small quantities of ready mixture in oil with the help of a ladle.
    5. Fry till it becomes golden brown.
    6. Serve with mayonnaise.
