  • 1 pound - Frozen Corn (preferably sweet Corn )
  • 1 small - Onion
  • 4 to 5 - Green chillies
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mustard, Jeera etc. for seasoning
  • Oil
  • 3 tbsp - Coconut (fresh grated or dry grated)
  • How to Make Corn Dish:

    1. Microwave the corn for 6 - 8 minutes. Chop the onions and green chillies.
    2. In a vessel, heat some oil, add the seasoning like mustard, jeera, etc. Add the onions and green chillies.
    3. Fry the onion until they turn pale pink. Add the microwaved corn.
    4. Cook until the corn is well done. Season with salt.
    5. Garnish with coconut and coriander leaves.
