Ingredients

  • 4 -slices whole Wheat bread
  • 1 -small Onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato Puree (or one small Tomato pureed)
  • 1 cup - Corn
  • 1/2 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • Salt
  • 1-2 tsp - oil

How to Make Corn filling for sandwiches

  • Heat a tsp of oil and saute the onions till pink. Add the frozen/cooked corn, tomato puree and all the powders.
  • Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring in between.
  • Check and adjust the seasonings. Make sandwiches using this as a filling.
