Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken (big pieces)
  • 1.5 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1.5 tsp - vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - dhaniya powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - corn flour or channa flour
  • 1 - Maggi stock cube (optional)
  • 1 tbsp - curd (optional)
  • Pinch of tomato red colour (optional)

How to Make Corn Flour Chicken Kebab

  • Wash chicken and drain water properly.
  • Add all of the other ingredients to the chicken and put it aside for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Then fry chicken pieces on kebab grills or in a microwave oven.
