Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken (big pieces)
  • 1.5 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1.5 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - dhaniya powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Corn flour or Channa flour
  • 1 - Maggi stock cube (optional)
  • 1 tbsp - Curd (optional)
  • Pinch of Tomato red colour (optional)
  • How to Make Corn Flour Chicken Kebab:

    1. Wash chicken and drain water properly.
    2. Add all of the other ingredients to the chicken and put it aside for 3 to 4 hours.
    3. Then fry chicken pieces on kebab grills or in a microwave oven.
