Ingredients

  • 1 pound sweet Corn
  • Oil for tempering,
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Jeera powder
  • 1 tsp - Dhania powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Corn Masala:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter the jeera.
    2. Then add the asafoetida.
    3. Add corn to this.
    4. Once it softens add rest of the ingredients and mix with the corn.
    5. Cook for 2- 3 minutes and remove from fire.
    6. Add the lemon juice to it and serve.
