Ingredients

  • 1 pound sweet corn
  • Oil for tempering,
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
  • 1 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Jeera powder
  • 1 tsp - Dhania powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Corn Masala

  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter the jeera.
  • Then add the asafoetida.
  • Add corn to this.
  • Once it softens add rest of the ingredients and mix with the corn.
  • Cook for 2- 3 minutes and remove from fire.
  • Add the lemon juice to it and serve.
