Ingredients

  • 250 g -sweet corn
  • 1 bunch - methi leaves
  • 1 tsp - kasoori methi
  • 1 tsp - aamchoor powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • 1 - green chilli
  • oil

How to Make Corn Methi Tikki

  • Boil the sweet corn.
  • Soak the methi leaves in salted warm water for 10 minutes.
  • Grind the boiled sweet corn in the mixer in to a dry thick paste.
  • In a bowl, add the blanched methi leaves, crushed corn, coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, kasuri methi, aamchur powder and salt and mix well.
  • Make tikkis and shallow fry.
  • Enjoy with chutney or sauce.
