  • 250 g -sweet Corn
  • 1 bunch - Methi leaves
  • 1 tsp - kasoori Methi
  • 1 tsp - aamchoor powder
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • oil
  • How to Make Corn Methi Tikki:

    1. Boil the sweet corn.
    2. Soak the methi leaves in salted warm water for 10 minutes.
    3. Grind the boiled sweet corn in the mixer in to a dry thick paste.
    4. In a bowl, add the blanched methi leaves, crushed corn, coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, kasuri methi, aamchur powder and salt and mix well.
    5. Make tikkis and shallow fry.
    6. Enjoy with chutney or sauce.
