How to Make Corn Peas Curry

  • Heat two tbsp oil in the pan.
  • Add the chopped onions, fry well.
  • Then add ginger-garlic paste.
  • Add the tomato puree.
  • Cook till it boils, then add the red chilli powder, spices and salt.
  • Then add corn and peas and mix well.
  • Add 1 cup water, cover and cook on a slow flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Enjoy with rice or roti.
