How to Make Corn-Peas Curry

  • Heat oil, add the chopped onions and saute for a while.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste, then the tomato puree. When the mixture starts forming bubbles, add red chilli powder and all the remaining spices and salt.
  • Add the corn and peas and mix well.
  • Add a cup of water, cover and cook on low heat.
  • Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
