Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Corn kernels
  • 1 - Potato
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 - green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • A few sprigs - Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Corn Potato Chaat:

    1. Take corn kernels in a microwaveable bowl, add 1/4 cup of water, cook for 6-7 minutes.
    2. Boil the potato in the microwave for 10 minutes.
    3. Now in a bowl, take oil and microwave it on the high for 2 minutes.
    4. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Add corn kernels, potatoes and all the spices and microwave it for 2 minutes.
    5. Remove it into a serving dish, garnish with chopped onions, tomato and coriander leaves.
