How to Make Corn Potato Chaat

  • Take corn kernels in a microwaveable bowl, add 1/4 cup of water, cook for 6-7 minutes.
  • Boil the potato in the microwave for 10 minutes.
  • Now in a bowl, take oil and microwave it on the high for 2 minutes.
  • Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Add corn kernels, potatoes and all the spices and microwave it for 2 minutes.
  • Remove it into a serving dish, garnish with chopped onions, tomato and coriander leaves.
