Ingredients

  • Onions - 4
  • Tomatoes - 4
  • Ginger and Garlic (crushed) - 10 gms
  • Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  • Paneer - 250 gms
  • Capsicum - 50 gms
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - as required
  • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
  • Salt as per taste
  • How to Make Cottage Cheese Gravy:

    1. Chop onions and tomatoes.
    2. Fry onions in oil till golden brown.
    3. Add crushed ginger-garlic paste and fry for few more minutes.
    4. Add capsicum and the powders.
    5. Saute.
    6. Finally, add paneer pieces.
    7. Simmer for 10 mins.
    8. Allow the paneer to mix with gravy well.
    9. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve with roti or naan.
