  • 1 l - Milk
  • 200 g - Paneer (finely grated)
  • 200 g - Amulya Milk powder
  • 5-6 - Cardamoms (small)
  • 5-6 each - cashewnuts, almonds, Pista (finely chopped)
  • Sugar to taste
  • green colour and rose essence (optional)
  • How to Make Cottage Cheese (Paneer) Kulfi:

    1. Boil the milk. Keep aside half of it and cool the other half.
    2. In the cooled half of the milk, add Amulya milk powder and mix well.
    3. Heat the milk mixture and the other half of milk with the dry fruits, sugar, grated paneer and cardamoms. Stir well so that the mixture becomes thick (5-10 minutes).
    4. Add green colour and rose essence (optional). Let it cool and pour in a kulfi container. Refrigerate.
