Ingredients

  • 1 l - milk
  • 200 g - paneer (finely grated)
  • 200 g - Amulya milk powder
  • 5-6 - cardamoms (small)
  • 5-6 each - cashewnuts, almonds, pista (finely chopped)
  • Sugar to taste
  • green colour and rose essence (optional)

How to Make Cottage Cheese (Paneer) Kulfi

  • Boil the milk. Keep aside half of it and cool the other half.
  • In the cooled half of the milk, add Amulya milk powder and mix well.
  • Heat the milk mixture and the other half of milk with the dry fruits, sugar, grated paneer and cardamoms. Stir well so that the mixture becomes thick (5-10 minutes).
  • Add green colour and rose essence (optional). Let it cool and pour in a kulfi container. Refrigerate.
