Ingredients

  • Crab Meat from 4 medium sized Crabs
  • Medium onions, chopped - 2
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Large tomatoes, chopped - 2
  • Green chillies, deseeded and chopped - 3
  • Ginger, chopped - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves, chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Crab Meat Masala:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
    2. As soon as the cumin seeds starts spluttering, add the onions.
    3. Fry onions until transparent.
    4. Add tomatoes, green chillies, ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
    5. Add the crab meat and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until crabmeat is cooked.
    6. Garnish with chopped coriander.
