Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Crab meat, cooked and flaked, cartilage removed
  • 1.5 cups - Chicken stock
  • 2 cups - water
  • 2.5 cups - tomatoes, chopped
  • 3/4 cup - chopped Celery
  • 3/4 cup - onion, chopped finely
  • 1 cup - Corn kernels
  • 1 cup - peas
  • For seasoning: 1 tsp - seasoning (a dash of paprika and celery)
  • 1 - Bay Leaf
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • How to Make Crab meat Soup:

    1. Pour chicken stock, water, tomatoes, celery, onion, and the seasoning in a vessel and bring to boil.
    2. Simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
    3. Add corn and peas.
    4. Simmer for another 10 minutes (or until the corn is cooked).
    5. Add the crab meat and simmer until heated through.
    6. Remove the bay leaf. Serve hot.
