Ingredients

  • 150 gm - Crab Meat
  • bean Curd
  • 3 mushrooms, sliced
  • 30 gm - carrot, sliced
  • 4 snow peas
  • 10 gm - ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp - shredded Spring onion
  • 1 Egg
  • For the seasoning:
  • 1 tsp - Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp - light soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • A dash of sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup - water.
  • Corn flour, to thicken
  • Coriander leaves, chopped, for garnishing
  • How to Make Crab meat with beancurd:

    1. Cut beancurd into 2 pieces, deep fry until golden brown. Set aside in a dish.
    2. Heat 1 tsp. of oil, stir-fry chopped garlic, ginger, mushrooms, peas and carrots till fragrant.
    3. Add in bean curd, crab meat and seasoning.
    4. Pour in thickened corn flour, followed by egg.
    5. Pour mixture in a clay pot and mix well over low heat.
    6. Sprinkle coriander leaves and spring onions on top and serve hot.
