Ingredients

  • 1/2 - green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp - Butter
  • 250 g - Crab meat, pre-boiled
  • 1 cup - mayonnaise

How to Make Crab Salad with bell peppers

  • In a medium-sized skillet, saute the green pepper and onion in butter for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the crab meat and saute for another 3 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and pour the mixture into a mixing bowl.
  • Stir in the mayonnaise. Served warm or cold.
