Ingredients

  • 2 cups - fresh litchis (after peeling and deseeding)
  • 1/2 - small Papaya (cleaned and diced)
  • 1 tbsp - vanilla ice-cream
  • 1/2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 pinches - salt
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 200 ml - chilled water
  • 2 cups - crushed ice

How to Make Creamy Litchi-Papaya Combo

  • Put litchis, papaya in an electric blender. Run till ground to a smooth paste.
  • Add all other ingredients, except ice.
  • Run once again.
  • Add ice, run till mixture is smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into individual glasses.
