Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - full Cream
  • 1/2 tsp - chopped Parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of black pepper powder

How to Make Creamy Scrambled Eggs

  • Heat oil in a pan and break both eggs directly in it.
  • Once they start bubbling, add full cream into it.
  • Keep stirring it continuously to scramble.
  • Add chopped parsley, salt and pepper powder. Mix it well.
  • Cook it for 2-3 mins and serve hot.
