  • 400 g - Chicken Drumsticks
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup - dry bread crumbs
  • For marinade:
  • 1.5 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1.5 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Jeera powder
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp - Maida
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Crisp Chicken

  • Wash chicken and pat dry on a cloth napkin. Prick with a fork all over.
  • Mix all marinade ingredients in a flat bowl.
  • Add the chicken and marinate for 4 hours or overnight in fridge (the longer you marinate, the more flavourful your chicken).
  • Beat eggs lightly, add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp chilli powder and mix well.
  • Spread bread crumbs in a flat plate.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Dip each chicken piece in egg and roll it in the bread crumbs.
  • Shallow fry in hot oil until chicken is done.
