How to Make Crispy Any Time Parathas

  • Mix and sieve all the flours together with the salt.
  • Mildly crush cumin, coriander, and thyme seeds in between the two palms.
  • Mix all the ingredients together except oil.
  • Roll out into thick small rotis using a little flour for dusting.
  • Warm a heavy griddle and shallow fry the rotis using oil on both sides till crisp.
  • Serve with tea or coffee.
  • It tastes good even when cold.
  • Can pack it up for lunch with chutneys and ketchup.
