1 - cauliflower
little black pepper
little red chilli powder
corn flour & maida in 2-1 proportion
1 - onion
1 bunch - spring onion
little soya sauce
How to Make Crispy Cauliflower
Cut cauliflower and keep in the microwave for 5 minutes; if you don't have a microwave, you can keep it in a bowl and keep this bowl in a cooker and give it one whistle.
Make a paste of corn flour, maida, red chilli powder, pepper, egg, salt, sugar, tomato sauce, and soya sauce and keep aside.
Now deep-fry cauliflower one by one. Add this in the paste and keep aside for half an hour.
Take two teaspoons of oil in a kadai, add onions, and fry them. Then add spring onions and saute for a while.
Add corn flour, tomato sauce, and soya sauce and fry until the oil starts leaving from the sides. Now add cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes.
Crispy cauliflower is ready. You can eat with roti or rice.
